1 on 1 sessions

I work with children and adults to design a person-centered process-oriented practice for meaningful long-term results.

Into my Needs-Based Communication practice I integrate embodiment and somatic practices. By so doing, I help myself and my clients:

  •  to communicate our feelings and needs from a mindful and authentic place
  •  to  speak a language that helps the relationships in our lives (including our relationship with ourselves) to become attuned with our inner needs and values
  •  to seek for opportunities to learn from conflicts
  •  to navigate conflicts in a respectful and constructive manner
  •  to understand and communicate our boundaries in a clear and firm way
  •  to help us lead harmonious and peaceful lives

Only love and cooperation builds the world

Liza and I come from completely different upbringings, different cultures, religions, language, and ethnicity. And yet, through our communication with genuine intentions, I found a friend, an adversary, a beacon of hope. Liza wants to heal the world with love and her beautiful smile. I not only commend her for it, but I also encourage her.
