Dear Human,
You are cordially invited to join a 4-week somatic poetry-writing workshop guided by a writer, poet, editor, literary critic, video-artist, somatic practitioner and fascilitator.
This workshop will offer a time capsule where we can tap into our sensorial body and immerse in the imagery that appears in the moment. We will work with prompts that have been collected over the years of teaching and practicing trauma-informed Focusing, mindfulness and somatic and authentic movement .
We will learn simple techniques from writing from the gut, reading as an editor, filming and documenting our creative process by using our phones, our voices and recycled materials easily available at every home.

We are to meet via ZOOM platform at the convinience of our homes on every Sunday during February 2025 between 7PM- 9PM Israel Standart Time:
