  2. Refund Policy for Online Sessions:

    • Online session purchases are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule for a future date or transfer your booking to another individual.

    • In-person service purchases are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Delivery and transportation of the products:
